Job Description
The Faculty Member in the Mass Communication (Public Relations) Program is responsible for delivering high-quality teaching, advancing research, and contributing to academic and professional development within the field of public relations and digital media.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach undergraduate courses in public relations, with a strong focus on digital media, content creation, and media production.
- Design and deliver practical, skills-based learning experiences in areas such as digital storytelling, multimedia production, social media management, and strategic communication.
- Supervise student projects, including capstone projects and internships, ensuring alignment with industry standards.
- Actively engage in scientific research and scholarly activities, with a proven record of publications in indexed journals (minimum of six Scopus-indexed papers required).
- Contribute to curriculum development and continuous improvement in line with international academic and accreditation standards.
- Participate in academic committees, quality assurance processes, and institutional activities.
- Build and maintain professional connections with media organizations and industry partners to enhance student learning and employability.
